Refund Policy

At Zoom Toys Australia, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

- Proof of purchase (order number) is required


How to Request a Refund

To start a return, please contact us at riley@zoomtoysaustralia.com with your order number and a brief explanation. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include photos or videos.

Please do not return items without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

- Shipping costs are non-refundable


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Tracking Update Notice

Please allow 2–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to appear.

During international transit, updates may temporarily show as unavailable.
